June 20, 2022 - A wonderful bottle and aged nicely for an 08. Cherry, a hint of smoke, oak, plum, earth and tobacco. Complex and medium plus finish. An outstanding value.

May 23, 2021 - More savoury bottle today. Dark red colour. More oak on the nose. Still lovely woody/oaky/blackberry flavour. Hint of eucalyptus. Tannins really good with food. Very fine.

April 25, 2020 - Wine making still noticeable. Heavy oak note but it’s being to come into balance with the dark ripe fruit. Palate has a bit of lift, giving this enough balance. Finishes with coffee and tar notes, and a hint of dry oak. Modern style, and enjoyable.
