August 30, 2017 - Pretty generous fruit with excellent back bone and acidity. The wine falls from the nights when it comes to oak treatment.bit overtaken and unbalanced.

July 11, 2015 - Four hour decant, the petit verdot is at the forefront in both the nose and the palate, with dark fruit and cloves the most obvious elements closely followed by a whiff of tobacco and pepper. The tannins are structured and after the long decant the acidity was leaning towards the astringent side with a lot of pepper appearing, the body heading towards the angular side. Not sure if more decant time will mellow the acidity out or not.

January 12, 2013 - Dark purple. Big, tart, full-bodied. Unsure how much it will soften with age. Great with strong cheese and dark chocolate.
