May 11, 2009 - Showing a lovely golden yellow in the glass with exotic spice, tropical fruits, and minerals on the nose. In the mouth the purity of the fruit expands across the palate as flavors of pears, apples, spice, star fruits, all unfold and are supported by a lovely lingering minerality along a medium-long finish.
