  July 22, 2020 - In very good shape for a relatively inexpensive 2000. Cedar, leather and a bit of earthy funk on the nose. Nice meaty, leathery palate with fully resolved tannins and nice dark fruit. Not going to improve, but still has some life left.

  February 15, 2016 - We were worried we had waited far too long to open this one, but it was just fine. First pours showed almost no signs of bricking in the color, with a classic Bordeaux nose of earth and a hint of menthol. Still had plenty of fruit and a bold structure, now smooth and graceful. Amazing.

  November 25, 2011 - Decanted as recommended by other reviewers. Musty and dry leather on the nose when opened. After the first hour, no change. Tasted thin and herby. After two hours, down the drain. DOA.
