Community Tasting Notes 1

May 1, 2009 - Popped and pourd and consumed over 2 hours. Deep red-garnet with distinct browning at the rim. Moderate nose of beets, tar and red fruit. Dry, earthy and short on the palate with the residual tannin overriding the fruit. Though there is good fruit here the tannins are already at the fore. Short, tannic finish.
