January 18, 2011 - This wine has come a long way since I first had this wine at the winery. The basics of butterscotch and lemon have broadened, with a longer and fuller finish. My concerns the last time about acid and longevity still linger but are not as much of a concern as they were six months back. The nose is still a little shy but I reckon will evolve further.
