November 11, 2023 - Nez moyennement expressif, boisé, fruit rouge un peu confit. En bouche belle ampleur, bien équilibré avec de beaux tanins. Belle longueur. Peut se conserver encore plusieurs annees

July 23, 2023 - Cocoa. Pain grillé. Dark fruits - plums and cassis. Cinnamon. Nutmeg. Nicely structured. Smooth as silk, yet powerful - balance. Very good freshness. Very long. Very nicely settled in. Fabulous. I drink about one a year of this vintage and they are really progressing very nicely. Loads more time ahead on this, although it has drunk very nicely for quite a while now

July 16, 2023 - First 2008 Bordeaux I’ve opened, and a great choice. Needs lots of air. Rich, velvety texture. Great fruit without being overwhelming. Paired beautifully with 60 day porterhouse
