July 25, 2015 - While certainly intriguing, I don't think oaky aged Chardonnay is my cup of tea. Showed notes of creme brûlée, toast, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking spices, and the like. Much more in its secondary note focused phase, the fruit takes a back seat role, and have become muted. I think I will stick to Chablis.

May 27, 2015 - Drank over three days. The wine has come together compared to last year. The wine features lively acids, excellent texture, and well balanced. Very nice. 91-92.

January 23, 2015 - As always the last bottle was the best. Very balanced with the honey, sea salt minerality, smoke, wax and grapefruit pith. Really enjoyed.

December 25, 2014 - Similiar honey, wax, smoke and mineral but more oak driven. Will let my other bottles rest.

December 18, 2014 - Got in a blowout sale for ten dollars. Best ten dollar chard I've ever had! To me, it had weight, length, and had survived it's seven year tenure pretty darn well. Well oaked, great spice, apricot, orange, lemon zest! Real strong lemon zest. An impressive bottle for something so inexpensive.
