March 13, 2018 - So, I am one of those crazy people who hold onto village Chablis for more than a decade. Every time I've noted this one, I've been amazed by how young and unevolved it has seemed, and so it was with this bottle. Yellow with that greenish glint of youthful Chablis. Brilliant aromas of underripe lemon and crustacean reduction. Light to medium weight with the sort of glossy, silky texture that AC Chablis rarely achieves. Swirl of citrus, salinity, and stone on the palate. Really everything I am seeking in Chablis, maybe not at the volume of Grand Cru but remarkably good. In truth, I'm not sure that it has gained THAT much from the 10 year snooze in the cellar, but it has held at an extraordinary level for mere village wine. Bravo and so sad to contemplate those bottles that have succumbed to oxidation.

November 21, 2015 - Medium yellow/green. Lemon drop and algal scents. Light to medium weight. Lemon pith, great acidity and rockiness. Incredibly zesty for 8 year old village Chablis. What more could you ask of this wine? I have loved every bottle I've had, and it shows no signs of slowing down any time soon.

February 11, 2014 - Pale yellow. Lean, taut and stony with a dollop of quinine on the finish. Just a bit of lemony richness as it opens. Still pristinely youthful and imploded. We had this with ceviche, which worked very well. Seemingly very little development after almost 7 years.

June 21, 2009 - Pale and properly green. Taut and lemony with great intensity, filled out over the time it was open. Enjoyable even now and a fantastic example of village Chablis with a presence in the mouth of a Premier Cru. These '07s really hit the mark, balancing great acidity and fruit.
