  May 24, 2014 - Middag på restaurang La Rei på Hotel Il Boscareto i Serralunga d'Alba.
  
  Ett friskt och fräscht mousserande vin med gröna äpplen, lite tropisk frukt och bra syra. Rätt så tunt men ändå med hyfsad längd.
  Ett bra lokalt mousserande vin som var odlat i princip utan för fönstret på restaurangen.

  May 24, 2014 - At Il Boscareto restaurant.
  Gently Chardonnay perfumed, with tropical fruits and some pears.
  Not very outspoken on the nose.
  On the palate this is very fresh, with tart green apples & good acidity.
  Rather thin, but fresh, and a very nice start to the dinner.
  (Especially since the grapes are grown right outside the restaurant at Il’ Boscareto, where dinner was enjoyed)
