  April 5, 2024 - Not at the level of the bottle I drank 10 years ago, but still excellent. Tasted in a group of 10, and everyone enjoyed. Nose of a N.Rhone syrah, but with fruit in the mouth and on the finish. Where I enjoyed the full-throttled approach 10 years ago, this was subdued, and maybe better for most people. Great wine at 20 years old.

  Deep nose of ripe Syrah goodness with a palate deep on blueberries, minerals, smoked meat, and more dark fruit. This wine was screaming good and at peak. Sound bottles should hold at least another year or 5, but why wait? This won't get any better in my estimation.

  May 2, 2021 - Really good, but didn't quite live up to the hype of being Maggie's version of 2004 SQN Poker Face. Still great juice though. May be getting a little long in the tooth.
