January 24, 2014 - January 23, 2014 - Slightly oxidized, still nice. Sour apple, hazelnuts and some minerality. Probably time to drink up.

January 22, 2014 - Some oxidation, but still quite drinkable. The wine is a rich copper colour in the glass, verging on a rosé colour. Nutty nose. Round, pleasing mouth feel. The palate leans toward green and tropical fruit with secondary nuttiness – rather than a clean, crisp citrus profile or buttery oak. The Thevenet botrytized method likely contributes to the profile and adds a little bit of residual sweetness. Intriguing.
