Community Tasting Notes 2

June 15, 2017 - Farewell for now: Fading colour at the edges but still red in the centre. Chocolate, cherry, blackcurrant and a light medicinal element - with a bit more air a leathery element comes out. Quite soft on the palate, with a nice little kick along from the remaining acid. In good condition, the palate isn't quite as interesting as the nose but it is drinking well regardless.

June 15, 2017 - Quick Notes From a Memorable Night in Sydney (Cirrus, Barangaroo): The fizz was gone, but not "The Thrill." A real treat, no bubbles left. Slightly medicinal nose, but plenty of candied fruit and a pleasant herbal aspect. Quite the time machine bottle, I'd say.
