    July 7, 2009 - Bright gold-amber colour.
Quite classically sauternes on the nose, with apricot skin to the fore.
Nicely rich palate with some honey and spice joining the apricot and slight nuttiness on the finish, though not especially complex. Acidity in good balance with the sweetness and slightly waxy textural feel. Good length to the finish.

Certainly in decent shape at 20 years old and no rush to drink if you have one.
