    May 28, 2023 - With Ribeye Steak. I was losing faith in aged wine. I tried a few and never noticed much difference. This one was excellent. The tannins were smoothed or softened and made the wine taste fine on its own even without the steak. To me, lower priced or younger wines often have bitter tannins that need the meat to balance. Cork broke on opening. I would recommend a two prone opener.
