August 10, 2011 - I didn't like it. Liquid Granny Smith apple juice on the nose and palate. Some minerality on the nose.

April 24, 2011 - I drank this after work on 4/24/11. It had a fragrant and fruity bouquet of pear, lime, melon, and chalky mineral aromas. The palate had a sharp, slightly unpleasant bite and strong acidity with flavors of pear, lime, melon and minerals.

September 28, 2010 - Simple but tasty weeknight white. Bright lime and citrus framed by a hint of minerality and decently strong acidity. Light-to-medium bodied. Very straightforward.
