July 21, 2011 - A nose of cherries, with a perfect classic Pinot Noir color. With cherries, plum, cola with nice acidity, a very good Pinot, solid.

A touch warm with vegetal and herbal notes on a menthol Finish. (grass clippings? Scallions (onions vertes)
Very new world with a syrupy finish
Good but somewhat unpolished (a bit bombom....)
It would be a mustang of the pinot's, lots of power, but not a lot of class
I have Another bottle. I will wait 5 hrs to see if acquires more finesse.

May 30, 2011 - Very good pinot noir, with intense typical nose: a balsamic note and some evident oak - unfortunately, for my taste, with some vanilla. The palate is also quite flavourful but lacks a bit of acidity.
