December 11, 2021 - Nose/Floral - vanilla, caramel, butterscotch and honey. Nose is amazing.
Sweet - above carries thru
Nutty - marzipan
Spicy - mild cinnamon
Earthy - no
Smoky - no
Woody - light cedar, but not damp and funky. Complexity is there, but it’s light on its feet.
Fruit - green apple and lemon
Color - bright gold
Palate - so deep and complex, but not at all over oaked. Delicious!
Finish - persistent, complex and elegant
Value - off the charts amazing at MSRP
Overall - A classic for a reason. A favorite for a reason. Would give my whole paycheck to have it at cask strength -
