June 22, 2007 - Quite floral in the nose and palate. Deep caramel and roses. Did not pair with food, but would be quite good with grilled meats. A little bit of spiciness and a nice rich, smooth body. Very nice.

February 26, 2005 - Red berry and funky aromas. On the palate red berry fruits, soft tannins, and a notable spicy long length. Paired perfectly with Italian Coppa and a fresh green salad with an Italian dressing.
