August 19, 2009 - Richer more tropical in style than citrus. A unique, intriguing and totally unusual SB.
Aromas of guava, pineapple, honey and vanilla. Rich and creamy sensation on the nose as well.
Richer fuller bodied in style...almost Roussane or Viognier like. Nice spicy floral accents on the palate.
More tropical fruit, vanilla and honey flavors lead to a complex, medium full bodied,
Finish shows excellent acidity but still lots of body - especially from a SB...can't stress that enough.
    Very enjoyable.
