  August 27, 2019 - Light ruby in colour with some bricking. A lovely nose with earthy cherries, raspberries, tea and mushrooms. More of the same on the medium bodied palate; there is considerable acidity and a hint of tannins left as well.; this is in the AWFE camp, though not all the way. Drinking well now, but there are still many years left for this wine (A-).

  January 28, 2019 - No formal notes, but I thought this was good. Subdued nose (or subtle if you're being generous), but the palate has that thing I love so much when I find it in Burgundy with age- velvety texture coupled with fruit. Not full on velvet, but seems like it's getting there.

  November 20, 2016 - The wine looks brick colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle.
  It smells like black currant (cassis) and raspberry. It tastes like dust and raisin. The body is medium. The wine has narrow texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
