  October 26, 2015 - Through the aerater into the glass for 1/2 hour. We can't rate this one, the spouse says its corked. I don't smell any corkedness (wet cardboard) on the nose, but the spouse tastes it and says its got to go! I tasted it and found it more bitter than I'd like. We think its way past its prime and if memory serves it was the same with the last bottle. Hopefully none of our remaining vintages are affected.

  April 25, 2015 - In one ear and out the other. In general I like utopia and love ribbon ridge, although my last tasting visit there was wholly underwhelming. This 2007 didn't leave much of an impression one way or the other and of all the bottles sitting on my counter to record, it's the only one that's true for. So I guess that says something if not a ton.
