March 30, 2011 - This is an excellent wine that was crafted after a very difficult vintage. Unlike many other Oregon Pinots from the 2007 vintage, the body on this wine is rock solid -- great acidity, beautiful fruit, and the perfect weight to accompany a variety of dishes. Although it should cellar well for some time, it's tasting very well now.

June 27, 2009 - Willamette Valley Visits 6-09 (Local OR Wineries): The nose here is very interesting. Lots of blackberries appear as expected, but it also contains scents of orange peel and a spicy note that reminds me of pepperoni! The flavors are light and bright with lovely apples flavors appearing on the finish. The tannins create an enjoyable mouth feel as well.
