  Oeil : paille léger, faible viscosité en parois
  Nez : projection d'intensité faible, fruits à chair blanche, pamplemousse, citron-lime, pomme verte, frais, accents métailliques et séveux (vert)
  Bouche : sec, ample à mince, acidité rafraîchissante+, amertume modérée, très léger gaz carbonique, pointe vinaigrée très très faible mais perceptible, persistence plutôt courte
  Conclusion : frais, rafraîchissant, intéressant pour ses cépages, mais sans plus. Sans aspérités par ailleurs. Bon à très bon. À boire sans attendre. 84 -

  November 28, 2010 - This is very nice bottle and very refreshing for the start of cheese night. Crisp apple (green), slight honey, and bright citrus gives it a well rounded flavour while still tasting the mineral backbone of the grape. Recommended as an easy beginner wine. **Remember friends: ranking wine is not on whether or not its your favorite wine/grape, but how the wine holds up to itself and its category.
