July 21, 2019 - Decanted 90 min before blind tasting, then rebottled for event. Still lots of fruit/floral notes on nose. Fruity and medium smooth on the palate.

January 19, 2018 - This wine is drinking way older than 2005, but in a good way. Mushroom, forest floor, Moss, floral perfume, and tons of dried fruit. Palate still has good structure, with generous balanced tannins.

December 23, 2016 - My previous tasting note remains accurate, but this bottle was even better. An excellent rich well rounded Cabernet.

April 21, 2016 - Aging very well. Dark red, full bodied, dark fruit with chocolate and leather, well rounded tannins. Needed about an hour to breathe and open up.
