October 18, 2021 - From 375. In the glass, dark yellow with almost an orange tint. Nose of honey and apricots and what seemed like a whiff of marshmallow. Reminded me of sauternes but without any botrytis spice. The mouthfeel was unctuous, silky, rich and coating and the aromas from the nose followed to the palate. Long, lingering finish. Just delicious and improved as it warmed.
