March 16, 2024 - Despite the color becoming slightly brick, it is still a baby. PnP over along steakhouse dinner. Took about 1 hour to open up. Fine for consumption then. For my next one, if I open it within the next 5 years, it's going to see a decanter. In its late primary phase. Tannins still strong and structured and outweigh the darker fruit upon opening. Cassis and Blackberry as well as blue notes going on. Very well structured. Can only imagine it getting better with a huge drinking window. May warrant another point or 2 in the future...

May 21, 2023 - This is great stuff. Real bordeaux atyle balance of fruit, tannin and terroir. Ton of sediment. As previously noted, when you open it up it’s almost undrinkable. Gave it e hours. 3rd hour was even better than the 2nd. This is good now and will continue to get better.

June 16, 2019 - Prior taster said it needs more time and I agree. Decant for 1 1/2 hrs and then poured and sat in the glass. Good fruit, good tannins, muted fruit tillmlater in the glass. Good.

August 14, 2015 - This guy is not ready to drink. Still closed. Finish is loaded with eucalyptus, mint and anise. Very very dark almost black. Still heat from the alcohol. Not showing its best. I have not had a Grace family that has blown me away.
