Taste: medium bodied, high- acidity, lemon, lemon zest, very herbal, obvious signs of oxidation but it gives some more complexity, don't keep it, as this wine is after peak -

December 6, 2014 - Nose: subtle, sweet, white flowers, honey, herbs, ripe apple, lemon zest
Taste: medium bodied, high- acidity, lemon, lemon zest bitterness on the finish, lime, mineral, balanced, quite long finish
Needs 20 mins to open up and better in temp. around 15 degrees
