January 31, 2019 - Clear light red with pink edges. Great fresh red fruit nose, intense and floral with a hint of spice and dried mushrooms. Delicious red cherry and spice flavours and a long dry red fruit finish.

    A real pleasure to drink.

January 26, 2019 - This was released in 2000 to celebrate the popular misconception that the new millennium began with the start of that year rather than New Years Eve 2000. Still quite dark in colour with a nose of earthy red fruit, full bodied, still showing soft tannins and ending with good length. It should be noted that of all the images uploaded only one is the correct special label for this bottling (uploaded by me).

November 16, 2018 - Still very drinkable although showing signs of age, color tending toward burgundy with a touch of brown at edges, lovely layered aromas of licorice, pepper, warm spices and stewed fruit. Palate follows with lovely texture and fully resolved tannins. My last bottle.

April 15, 2016 - Stunning. In a wonderful drinking window. Still vigorous but fully mature with lots of subtlety. Terrific balance. Flavors of red fruits, camphor, herbs, minerals. Nice nose, many layers of flavor and moderate finish.

February 8, 2015 - This was released in 2000 and still tastes remarkably youthful, perhaps an indication of the benefits of proper storage.
