October 4, 2013 - This wine is exactly what it should be - a well made "bistro-style" wine for drinking with dinner. Great balance, elegant integrated tannins, nice acid, still holding fruit, moderately long finish. It's not a giant, jammy beast, it's not overoaked (if oaked at all), it's not aiming for 95 Parker points. But it sure makes a nice bottle to have with dinner, and it has enough "stuffing" and complexity to make me think a bit about it and enough character to suggest its Portuguese origins.

December 25, 2012 - Very pleaseant when PNP. Flavors are well intergrated and start off lively with a short finish. The bottle fades quickly and should not be decanted.
