May 19, 2015 - This kind of got lost in the cellar so when I opened it last night it seemed like it might be over the hill. Dense old barrel aromas to start and nothing but cedar on the palate. Then, after an hour, it started waking up and became very interesting and delicious, with lots of smoky dark berries on the nose and palate with a fine streak of floral perfume. Very nice and it was worth waiting for.

August 22, 2011 - Rubi violaceo bem intenso. DC no dia seguinte, checar.

January 8, 2011 - Quite enjoyed this. On the nose red and black berries, smoke, earth, a hint of chocolate, and oak. On the palate, a lot going on at first, with spicy funk, smoked meat, blackberries, chocolate, toasted vanilla/oak. After a an hour this flavors all came together quite nicely. A big sexy wine. Paired very well with skirt steak.
