April 5, 2005 - IGT at Lola: Peppery and earthy with a spritz of carbon dioxide or acidity at the tip of the tongue. This is apparently a blend of Gallipe and Cabernet Franc. Not the best Rose I've tasted lately, but not the worst either. I would prefer a bit less pepper.
