August 2, 2020 - Pale ruby, dark amber, caramel toffee colour. Nose is complex with a multiplicity of botanical's and sweet red fruits including cherry, strawberry. The palate is warming with medium sweet flavours, red cherry, strawberry, raspberry plus spices and herbs. Quite enjoyed it neat but works with soda water as a long drink or in cocktails like Negroni.

September 26, 2018 - Comparison Tasting of Sweet Vermouths; 9/26/2018-11/17/2018 (Home): Very mild flavors, nothing dominates the flavor profile, almost neutral. Less sweet than other vermouths tasted. You would have to add really nice bitters to use this in a drink. Wins the prize for most boring in this flight, in fact the everyday Cinzano is much better and this is only modestly better than Gallo at $5.
