  March 1, 2015 - Very interesting wine. Good depth and length. Obvious bottle age. Difficult to tell apart from an agaed Chamapgne. Very rich, but maybe not completely in balance.

  August 9, 2011 - yeasty oily nose. Very deeply laden flavours of rich yeasty bready sappy grapefruits and lemons. Quite substantial and weighty comparable to a vintage champagne but unfortunately not as elegant with too much airy bubbles in it. Very excitable .
