May 6, 2023 - (Dinner w the old AC-CF folks) Vanilla, kero, brambly acidity, development, white florals. Slightly jangly, just needs to have drunk earlier.

September 10, 2022 - Russk. RHM brought to Decaan. Lovely lean Riesling and for me a white WOTN.

August 27, 2020 - Drinking beautifully. Remarkably fresh acid zing remaining, lime, toast, very slight kero [a positive] and slate. Just beautiful.

February 28, 2019 - Another very good bottle of this wine bottled under Stelvin. The colour is a pale green gold with a fresh nose of squeezed lime, green apple and slate. The palate has similar flavours in a linear fresh profile finishing with that stony finish that defines Clare Valley riesling. This is just a little restrained when compared with the classic 2002 which just has that extra lift of fruit and zest but overall this is a lovely fresh example.

October 15, 2018 - This has aged so gracefully, the fruit still vibrant and juicy yet there is some development that has given it a softness. The acidity is ever present but at just the right level to let the fruit show its beautiful ripeness. Finish is relatively long. The best Hanlin I've had to date.
