April 20, 2008 - The wine has started to evolve and open up and leaves one with a strong blackberry/blueberry note. It would be wise to leave this for another couple of years given that it was pure and closed 2 years ago and the evlution that it has gone through to date. a fine drinking wine that goes well with pasta dishes. will not disappoint and has between 6-8 years of development in it before it peaks.
