August 31, 2013 - Fine bubbles. Buttery, brioche notes; hints of grapefruit. Started to open after an hour. Subtle, delicate flavours, tightly knit together.

July 26, 2013 - Nice champagne, light, effervescent yet substantial. Citrus notes and good acidity, things in balance but nothing wowed me with this. I'd like to see the evolution but for this level of champagne there should have been more. Is it the age or could be the 05 vintage???
