July 31, 2022 - Delicious, but never quite opened up. We left it out for a few hours and while the tertiary notes were great, it just seemed closed off until the very end. Fruit was essentially gone (understandable given the bottle’s age), but a cool experience nonetheless.

May 26, 2017 - The wine is, in a word, exceptional. cigar ash, funk, granite, red currants, violets, balsamic . very complex nose . The mouthfeel is exceptionally youthful given its age; there’s so much vibrancy here. The finish is full of earth, cloves, and currants, and goes on, and on, and on…
