October 7, 2022 - First of two bottles I found hiding in the cellar - I remember hating these when I opened one upon release but this bottle was singing.

Still very much alive and with no bricking and copious amount of red fruits and sandalwood on the palate. Could very well keep for another 10+ years based on this performance.

June 9, 2013 - Drinking wonderfully at the moment, red fruit, lots of mineral. Potpourri, sandlewood. Nice concentration on lighter body.

March 5, 2013 - Let's just say that Bourgogne Passetoutgrains from an 'off' vintage is probably a wine that should be consumed young. This example, 6 years after the vintage, and most likely not stored in ideal cellar conditions (found on a wine shop shelf), was thin, tart and without very much character at all. If you have any of these, drink them now and drink them with food. And if you have any of the current release, drink them young!

November 27, 2011 - Forgettable, not much of a personality to this wine. Dare I say boring?
