December 18, 2018 - Schöner fruchtiger Duft nach Kirschen. Tannin schön eingebunden, sehr rund und geschliffen. Langer Abgang.

The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is light sediment in the bottle. It smells like cherry. It tastes like cherry and coffee. The body is medium/full. The wine has silky texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has medium acidity.

November 17, 2012 - Dark color, just a bit over the top. Relaxed rich blue berry flavors, but falls of quicker in the aftertaste than earlier - if you have some left drink them.

October 2, 2012 - The Wines of Azienda Agricola Matteo Correggia (E&R Wine Shop, Portland Oregon): Black and red fruit, smoke and earthly aromatics. Bigger than the '09, this was quite plush with flavors of tundra, plums, cherry, saline with great acidity to carry it through to the lengthy finish. Very polished with fine tannins.

May 3, 2012 - Fantastic nose. Very fruity. Rather short finish though but overall a very nice wine. Probably can cellar for a few years.

April 6, 2011 - Light tanons, light acidity, easy to drink, nice backbone, medium bodied.
