  October 13, 2014 - From memory. Light lemon. Exotic nose of pineapple, melon, honey, and wax. The palate is similar in flavor, and pleasantly tighter than I remember for earlier bottles, clean and long finish. Overall the profile is similar to northern Rhone blends, with sweeter flavors and surprising zip. Survived for a few days just fine, as well.
