October 15, 2007 - Dark purple in color with mild aromas of perumed blackfruit and licorice. Full bodied and moderately concentrated flavors of fresh plum, cherry, and licorice. Finishes a bit chewy with plenty of ripe fruit and mild tannins. This is a very mellow specimen with a balanced fruit backbone.

May 12, 2007 - Vertical party. Strong, opulent fruit, delicious mouth-coating oak and malolactic richness. This was my favorite of the entire lot, and was emptied toot sweet.

September 14, 2006 - A wine that wishes it were a chocolate milkshake. I'd rather be drinking a chocolate milkshake too, but this milkshake is lean, tannic, bitter, and alcoholic.
