November 26, 2021 - Return to Piemonte!; 11/25/2021-12/4/2021 (Castello di Sinio, Alba, other various locations): Yum yum yum. This was complex and interesting and also just generally yummy and delicious. Paired with truffles and while I hadn’t thought of that as a standard pairing this seemed to manage it quite well. Very tasty.

January 11, 2021 - Deep orange tint, hinting oxidation, but none of it. Delicate, filled with finesse and charm, restrained but attractive, with geranium, wisteria, raspberry tea, and a hint of grapefruit peel. Subtle fizz yet intense on the palate. Great bottle!

January 6, 2018 - I keep in mind the price tag which is on the top range..but it deserves it: elegant thin bubbles, pale blood orange colour, discreete
floral and citrus notes ending by a smooth finish.
Still a firm backbone, an acidity that remains, all in harmonious touches which tend to suggest that the drink date should be shortened (community sees 2022..) drink it before ! -

October 11, 2014 - Dinner with Friends (Jen and Phil's - Chicago IL): Good floral start with lots of Pinot character and some citrus streaks throughout. Fresh and very powerful fruit. Very enjoyable, just not the most subtle of bubbles.
