August 23, 2008 - Spicy, sweet and flavorful. Great QPR.

September 27, 2004 - This is an amazing value for $5. I get more shiraz typicity than grenache (label says its 50/50), but the shiraz seems more Rhone-ish than like an oozy Australian fruitbomb. I detected aromas of blueberry jelly, bing cherries, vanilla and licorice. On the palate it was sweet and round, medium bodied. Went great with leftover grilled lamb. This is really nice wine. And did I mention the price?
