December 16, 2012 - beautiful bright golden yellow. in the nose dried apricot, candied citrus peel, vanilla, orange blossom, light hint of saffron and mushroom. in mouth strikes crisp flavor and freshness, sweetness is not intrusive, perhaps lacking a little softness but it will come with the years, very good the final all based on mineral.
