April 3, 2010 - hay, citrus, green apples, wet stones. On the nose some mistook it for an Alsace Riesling. Cereal, grapefruit, cider, honey, lively acidity in palate. Drank with oysters - no match for them! It became watery and the oysters dominated the wine.
