  May 29, 2015 - Varietal composition: 45 % Clairette, 35 % Grenache Blanc and 20 % Bourboulenc. Maturation: 80 percent of the wine was aged in stainless steel; the remaining 20 percent in new demi-muids (600 liters oak barrels) for 8 months. Color: light yellow (still quite young). Nose: aromatic bouquet of white flowers, lime, melon and a hint of fennel. On the palate: a nicely balanced wine dominated by rich yellow fruit and supported by a refreshing acidity and an herbaceous minerality. Good length. I think this wine is at its peak; drink it now and over the next year or so.
  
  Samenstelling: 45 % Clairette, 35 % Grenache Blanc en 20 % Bourboulenc. Rijping: 80 percent van de wijn rijpte op roestvrij staal; de resterende 20 percent gedurende 8 maanden in nieuwe demi-muids (eiken vaten van 600 liter). Kleur: licht geel (nog steeds een vrij jeugdige kleur). Neus: een aromatisch bouquet van witte bloesem, limoen, meloen en een vleugje venkel. In de mond: een mooi uitgebelanceerde wijn, gedomineerd door rijk geel fruit en ondersteund door een verfrissende aciditeit en een kruidige mineraliteit. Degelijke afdronk. Naar mijn mening is deze wijn nu op zijn hoogtepunt. Optimaal drinkgenot: nu tot volgend jaar.
