November 17, 2016 - Bourgogne tasting (at my home): P&P
    golden straw yellow
ripe apricot nose with ripe banana skin notes and nutmeg hints
full bodied, ripe mature white apricot, peach and melon, light oak-vanilla & bitter buttery flavours, pineapple, jack fruit, mouth filling, good acidity level, still enjoyable though perhaps a bit beyond peak.

February 3, 2016 - This pristinely-cellared bottle shows no signs of oxidation. Medium gold in color, it offers a bouquet of honeysuckle, crushed rocks, lime zest and white flowers. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, freshly acidic and shows no heat from its 13.5% alcohol. The flavors mirror the nose and the middle is nicely dense. Lengthy on the finish, this is a white Burgundy that has performed well above its pedigree. Drink now-2018.

June 10, 2015 - Purchased upon release and cellared in pristine fashion, this bottle shows no signs of oxidation and remains consistent with previous tastings. Medium gold in color and highly aromatic, it flaunts honeysuckle, crushed rocks, lime zest and perfumy floral notes on the nose. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, freshly acidic and seamlessly alcoholic (13.5%). The flavors mirror the nose, are layered and build in the middle. Long and crisp on the back end, this white Burgundy is holding up nicely. Well-cellared bottles should be fine for another 2-3 years. Drink now-2018.

November 9, 2013 - Purchased upon release and cellared in pristine fashion, this wine has a medium yellow-gold robe and a highly perfumed bouquet of honeysuckle, wet stones, white flowers and citrus peel. Medium-bodied, fresh and with well-integrated alcohol (13.5%), it has flavors which mirror the nose. Concluding long and crisp, this is yet another fine showing! It should hold up well and (assuming well-cellared) should provide pleasure for another three years or more. Drink now-2016.

December 7, 2012 - This bottle, taken from my personal cellar, was purchased upon release and cellared in pristine fashion. It shows a medium yellow-gold robe and has an immediately-expressive, lovely bouquet of honeysuckle, wet stones, white flowers and citrus peel. Medium-bodied on the palate, with nice acidity and well-integrated alcohol (which is listed as 13.5%). The flavors are in line with the nose and persist throughout the middle. Long, crisp finish. Bravo to Olivier Leflaive for producing this feminine gem! It has "filled in the gaps" substantially since my last tasting in 7/10/09. I was previously incorrect with respect to the drinking window. It should provide pleasure for at least another three years. Drink now-12/15.
