December 26, 2023 - Still youthful in appearance. Bright yellow.
Nose indicates some aging taking place. A little stewed stone fruit. Honey notes. Some petrol notes.
Age is setting in. Zero effervescence now. Shortish finish. A nice wine, but seems a little tired maybe.
