December 31, 2009 - Interesting profile of sparkling Pinot Noir, with good aromatics and a bizarre yellowish color. But the wine has also many flaws, such as unstable acidity and a bitter aftertaste denoting uneven ripeness in the fruit. Interesting, but not too impressive.
